Learning the Sanskrit Alphabet

The course will concentrate on mastering the Sanskrit alphabet, written and recited.
Highlights:
The five mouth positions,
The distinction between vowels and consonants,
The traditional understanding of the modes of utterance,
such as voiced and unvoiced, aspirated and non-aspirated
Timing:
The day will begin with refreshments at 9.15 and will end at about 5.00, no later.
Lunch will be supplied and there will be no fee for attendance.
